Paid $44,000 and never received the truck

I found a 2021 Ford F-150 on this site while shopping for a truck. The price caught my attention, but the person I spoke with was extremely pushy. He said another buyer was ready to send a deposit and that I needed to wire the full amount that day. I wired $44,000. After that, I received no title, no shipping information, and no return calls. My account was locked, too. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away.
