Tried to buy a car for my daughter and lost $28,000

I found a Honda CR-V on carstoreca.com and contacted their sales email address. They replied quickly and were very polite. They sent photos, said the vehicle had a clean title, and promised that delivery was included. They told me I had to pay by bank transfer to reserve it. I sent $28,000, and then they stopped responding. I received no car, no refund, and no explanation. Looking back, I wish I had walked away when they refused to let me see the vehicle in person.
